FreeThe Rhythm Project is a world percussion ensemble dedicated to nurturing self-esteem through individual, cooperative achievement. Founding in 1996, the program started in Portsmouth, VA. The All-Stars, 2009, 2010, and 2019 Virginia INternation PANfest Grand Champions, have earned interationl acclaim and collaborated with many prominent artists.
Free concert in the Courtyard. Regular admission to see the exhibits. The concert is presented by the Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center as part of the Morning Market & Music program
