Parent/Toddler Yoga at Lafayette Branch Library (Norfolk)

FreeJoin us at the Lafayette Library for a parent/toddler yoga class, led by Calm Kids Yoga! Little ones and adults will do a variety of guided yoga poses and stretches. This is a beginner class, so no specific attire or materials are required from home.
Due to space restrictions, registration is required, with a 15 parent/child pair maximum. Please call the branch at 757-441-2842 to reserve your spot.
