Calling all the mama birds out there! Let’s start create a bit of fun for you and your tot!
Susan White is one of our kid’s yoga teachers + a preschool teacher right here in NFK. She will guide both you + your mini me through fun poses and activities on and off the mat.
We recommend toddlers age 2-3 *ish* and to grab a spot in advance because space is limited!
