Hosted in collaboration with Norfolk Animal Care Center (NACC) and Friends of Norfolk Animal Care Center (FNACC), this family-friendly event is your chance to learn how to become a foster hero for shelter felines in need.
Whether you’re curious about fostering, ready to sign up, or just want to show support—there’s something for everyone! Enjoy face painting, fairy hair, local vendors, and a raffle with meow-gical prizes! Bring a donation of foster supplies or shop from our Amazon wish list to help support NACC’s lifesaving foster program.
