Mental Health Fair at Colley Community Center (Norfolk)

Did you know May is Mental Health Awareness Month? Just as we should invest in our physical well-being, we believe mental well-being should be prioritized as well! We hope you, your loved ones, and your friends can join us for this interactive workshop that will provide tools aimed at helping our community members of ALL ages prioritize their mental health.
First 10 guests to arrive will receive a tote bag with some goodies!!! We’ll have some elevated snacks on hand, an interactive art session, and multiple sessions for you and your family or friends to choose from… ALL focused on supporting your mental health needs!!!
From a session on sleep to a session on validating others well to a session on parenting your way through big emotions, we’ll have content that community members of ALL ages can benefit from engaging.
