Free CPR/Stop-The-Bleed Class (Virginia Beach)

FreeVBVRS offers you free CPR and First Aid training, as well as Stop The Bleed training, led by our skilled, experienced member instructors. They’ll give you the confidence to step out of your comfort zone and help someone—possibly a loved one— survive a sudden cardiac arrest or trauma.
We follow the American Heart Association’s (AHA) Family & Friends® CPR program, which teaches adult, child, and infant CPR with AED use and relief of choking. The First Aid program teaches general principles, trauma and medical emergency care, and what to do in environmental situations.
Accommodations are readily available for the hearing impaired. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS CLASS IS NOT A CERTIFICATION CLASS.
