Flag Football Skills Training at Norfolk Indoor Sports (Norfolk)

$20Football skill development for players looking to learn the game correctly, improve skills and gain confidence. This class is taught by current & former D1 players who know the game, have excelled at the highest level, and know how to properly teach skills & drills to young people.
This is one of our most popular classes that follows a D1 college workout. Great athletic warm up, footwork focus, then transition to position specific football training concluding with group drills.
Each class ends with fun “flag football” games organized by our staff. Athletes are separated by age & ability – and we follow NFL Flag / USA Football flag rules – for students to learn the rules & be able to compete in other leagues that they play in.
If your student is looking to make a jump with his movements, knowledge of the game, skill set and understanding WHY regarding skills & drills – this is a GREAT class. Great coaches, great content, great class!
This is a great SUPPLEMENTAL skills class for students who already play in a league on a team in the fall. This slows the instruction down, and focuses on sound fundamentals that will translate to future varsity & college careers.
Every Thursday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm in Norfolk starting January 16, 2025
+ PLUS a new SUNDAY BONUS WORKOUT 3pm – 4pm in Chesapeake
+ students can join ANY class or session at ANY time
