EXHIBIT: Portrayed: A National Juried Exhibition of Portraiture (Norfolk)

Description: Portrayed is an open medium exhibition of original and unique 2D and 3D portraiture artworks. This exhibition will feature work in a variety of styles. Work must either depict a human figure, or be a self-portrait to be considered. Work may be no longer than 60” in its longest dimension and weigh no more than 50 pounds. D’Art Center will have an in person public reception according to state COVID Guidelines, will do a FB Live of the reception awards, will upload the award video to YouTube, and will also list the exhibiting pieces for sale on the d’Art Center website. This is a juried exhibition, and it will be co-curated by gallery manager Amanda Bradley, and exhibition juror, Sam Hughes. Hughes is a professional photographer, artist, and professor of photography at Norfolk State University in Virginia. www.samhughesphotography.com
