Cartoon Afternoon at Pearl Bailey Library (Newport News)

Kids ages 6-11 are welcome to come create their own four panel comic, design a superhero, or color pictures of well-known characters. We will also watch some classic cartoons and enjoy some light snacks.
Registration is not required, but space is limited. Attendance will be managed on a first come, first served basis.
Larger groups of more than 5 must call in advance.
