Candle-making & Body Butter Workshop – Art of DIY at Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center (Newport News)

Ages 14+
You will create your own beautiful, scented candle & body butter, followed by a period of ‘free create’ where you can paint on canvas, contribute to our mosaic ceiling, or color while vibing to music! Take home your creations to use or create a gift package to give to others.
Use our essential oils or bring your own food-grade favorite. Only $35 for all these amazing benefits!
Our previous iterations have sold out quickly so don’t wait to purchase your tickets.
Candles will be in 10oz containers & Body Butters will be in 8oz containers. Candles need 24hrs to set, then can be taken home next day. Curing takes up to 2 weeks.
