You’ll rotate through strength stations using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises, push your limits with heart-pumping cardio drills, and engage your core with targeted ab work—all designed to maximize results and keep you moving. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, modifications ensure everyone can work at their own pace.
