Memorial Day Ceremony (Norfolk)

The City of Norfolk honors the sacrifice of our nation’s service members during the annual Memorial Day Wreath-Laying Ceremony on May 26 at 2 p.m. The ceremony takes place at Wisconsin Square.
Guest speaker is Maj. Gen. Thomas D. Crimmins, USAF, 37th Commandant of the Joint Forces Staff College
