2nd Annual ViBe Golf Cart Parade (Virginia Beach)
October 5 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Free- 830-9am Staging at the southeast lot next to the VB Sports Center on Virginia Beach Blvd near Jefferson Ave
- 930 am start time – VBPD will escort the golf cart parade down 19th Street and around the arts district
- 10am: Parade will end on 18th St within the street closure for Farmers’ Market between Cypress and Mediterranean Avenues
- 1015am: Judging and Awards on 18th Street – participants are welcome to leave carts parked while they visit the Old Beach Farmers Market, Old Beach Art & Eco Market, AND the 10 artists painting the 10 new murals!
- 1145am – All carts must safely exit the road by 12pm when the streets reopen to the public for normal traffic.
Golf carts must abide by all traffic laws and travel as a group around the 1.75 miles route around the arts district. VBPD will lead and follow the golf cart caravan along the course.
All participants will be eligible to win prizes for best decorated carts! Don’t have one? Rentals available!
