2023 Butterfly Walk for Lupus & Fibro (Newport News)

The Social Butterflies Foundation’s annual Butterfly Walk for Lupus & Fibromyalgia® provides lupus and fibromyalgia survivors and their families the opportunity to come together for one unified purpose —to make these invisible illnesses visible. Funds raised from the Butterfly Walk for Lupus & Fibro are used to provide support groups, educational resources, emergency financial assistance, scholarships, summits, health fairs, advocacy, and support research. Walk day is filled with excitement, hope, unity, and encouragement. Families enjoy resource information, music, a kid’s corner, vendors, fellowshipping, and so much more. The Walk is a powerful experience that is often described as a huge family reunion. Your participation raises awareness and rallies public support for lupus and fibromyalgia.
