Dancing Wheels – Free Performance!

The ODU Department of Communication & Theatre Arts’ Dance Program is excited to host a free performance by Dancing Wheels this week!
Where: University Theatre (Hampton & 46th), ODU Campus, Norfolk VA
When: Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 7:30 PM
Cost: Free
Description: If dance is an expression of the human spirit, then it is best expressed by people of all abilities. That is the fundamental belief behind Dancing Wheels, a professional, physically integrated dance company uniting the talents of dancers both with and without disabilities!
This performance will feature works from their diverse repertory – strong, full-company contemporary pieces; works created by disabled choreographers; and “Neither Lost Nor Found”, a work choreographed by James Morrow, with ODU Dance students joining the company.
A short artist talkback and Q&A will follow the performance and audience members will have a chance to ask questions and learn more about the company!
