Screen Free Week!

Screen Free Week kicks off today! It can be difficult to break the kids (and grownups) away from tv, computer, and phone screens sometimes….especially when the weather is gray and rainy- but screen free time is important!

Our friends at Healthy Hampton Roads are urging local families to commit to going screen free April 29 – May 5! Get active and have fun with the family and then on May 6 – upload your Screen-Free Week pictures to their Facebook Page or share your activities!
