For those of you who may be looking for assistance or information about signing up for Health Insurance: Celebrate Healthcare and Urban League of Hampton Roads will help people enroll in the Affordable Care Act insurance marketplace this Monday afternoon.

When: 4:30-7pm on Monday, December 23, 2013
