Free Introductory Lacrosse Clinic (Boys & Girls)

V3 Lacrosse is offering a free introductory lacrosse lesson (Boys and Girls) in Virginia Beach. This lesson is for kids in grades Pre-K through 9th. There is no equipment necessary, just register, show up and learn!

New Date! August 19, 2015 (one free session per player please)

Cost: Free but you need to register! Click HERE to Register.

Location: Virginia Beach Sportsplex, 2181 Landstown Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456

You can expect to learn:

  • An overview of the basic rules of lacrosse
  • How to hold the stick properly
  • How to keep the ball in the pocket (cradling)
  • Scooping to get the ball off the ground into their stick
  • Catching the ball
  • Passing the ball
  • Shooting the ball on goal
  • Dodging to get past other players
  • Defending a dodger
