This weekend come out for FREE activities as a part of 1776: Revolutionary Family Fun Day at Hampton History Museum!

Where: Hampton History Museum 120 Old Hampton Lane Hampton, VA 23669

When: Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 10am-2pm

Cost: FREE and open to the public

Description from Hampton History Museum: Experience a bit of a soldier’s life during the late18th century by rolling cartridges and meeting Revolutionary War re-enactors. Get your hands on a reproduction of a soldier’s bayonet, cartridge box, powder horn, fife, and camp gear. Learn how families of the time lived, ate, played and entertained themselves, and for the ultimate taste of Colonial freedom, enjoy some vanilla ice cream!
